Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms and Conditions for Commercial Retail Business with Established Accounts

This statement sets forth the payment terms and conditions applicable to all invoices issued by Exotic Detail, Inc.  and for commercial retail transactions with established accounts.

Payment Terms: Only invoices from Wholesale Customers are payable within 30 days from the date of invoice issuance, under the agreed terms of Net 30. This means that the total invoice amount is due in full, 30 days from the date on which the invoice is issued.

​

Late Payment Penalties: In the event that full payment is not received within the specified 30-day period, a late payment penalty will be applied to the outstanding balance. The penalty will accrue at a rate of 1.5 % per month on the remaining unpaid balance from the due date until the payment is fully received.

Cancelations

Booking / Appointment Cancellation Terms

All scheduled appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or applied to a future service. This policy is in place to compensate for lost time and resources that could have been allocated to other customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and scheduling policies.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Thank you for purchasing a gift card from Exotic Detail, Inc.! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing or using a gift card from Exotic Detail, Inc., you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms
Gift cards issued by Exotic Detail, Inc. can be used for the purchase of any services offered by Exotic Detail, Inc.
Gift cards are available in various denominations and can be purchased online or at our physical location.
Gift cards do not expire and will be honored for their full value in accordance with Massachusetts state law.

2. Redemption and Usage
Gift cards may only be redeemed at Exotic Detail, Inc. for services provided at our location or by our mobile detailing team.
To redeem your gift card, present the card or gift card number at the time of payment.


Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. In Massachusetts, if the remaining balance on a gift card is $5.00 or less, the holder may request a cash refund.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Exotic Detail, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card as you would cash.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided, and a balance remains on the card.
Any replacement cards will only be issued for the remaining balance at the time of loss and with valid proof of purchase.

4. Balance Inquiry

Any remaining balance on your gift card can be used for future services with no expiration date.

5. Non-Transferable

8. Compliance with Massachusetts Law
This gift card is issued in compliance with Massachusetts gift card laws, including but not limited to M.G.L. c. 200A, § 5D, which governs the expiration and redemption of gift cards in the state.
